Start Date for the 2015-2016 season will be Tuesday August 25
Congratulations to John Jones for tasking the average title in the 2014-2015 season. John finished the season with a 211.9 average. In a close second was Tom Weber with a 211.7 average.
Congratulations to Mike Fubio, Richie Desalle, Jim Helms, and Creaser for winning the 2nd half of the season. Team Fubio and Team McHenry were bowling for the Championship last night, but Team McHenry needed a clean sweep to take first place. It came down to the wire Team McHenry took the first two games on the back of Bill Beighley. Billy shot a 226 the first game and a 246 the second game, but in the third game he only managed 175 and was not enough Team Fubio won the last game lead by Jim Helms. Bill Beighley was asked for a comment this is what he had to sat “It was a great match the big guns where out and throwing the strikes in the first two games but in the third it seemed like no one wanted it, until Jimmy stepped up for team Fubio and sealed the deal. We came up a little short by we made a hell of a late season move” Bill
also added “I would like to Thank Don Sabo for all the hard work and
long hours he dedicates to this web site, Its something people look
forward to every week, even guys like Mark Janusek who I work with
looks forward to it. Thanks Donny great job.”
This will be the last website update of the season. Thanks to everyone who helped with the site this season. We also had people that is not in the league help. Thank You!! Research Manager Nicki Brose goes into depth on some studies they have
done regarding pocket percentages and where the pocket actually
exists. They were able to narrow it down to a board where you would
either strike or get a 9-count. If bowlers can control the pocket,
then more than likely they will leave… Click
